We price on a transparent axis: for all voice models (Collections & Sales Detection, Quality Monitoring, STT), pricing is per minute of processed audio. For operations that prefer a fixed budget, a per-agent (seat) monthly model is also available.

Per minute (default)

You pay only for the audio that is processed; the unit price decreases as volume grows. Applies to all voice models.

Per seat (optional)

For operations that prefer a predictable fixed budget, per-agent monthly pricing is available.

What determines the price?

  • Monthly volume of processed audio (minutes)
  • Selected models (detection, quality, STT, chatbot)
  • Deployment: cloud, private cloud or on-premise
  • Support scope and SLA
